I see solvent tailing in my chromatogram, what can I do?

Solution

- Too much solvent tail can be related to an injection with too much solvent going to the column, please use longer vent time.
- There are some o-rings that are not working fine and give a big solvent tail, please use a Viton o-ring from GL Sciences.
