Can the OPTIC-3 and the latest version of Evolution Workstation be used on Windows 10?

We have found that the latest version of Evolution Workstation for OPTIC-3 (Software:2.41 and Firmware 2.7) can only work in Serial mode with Windows 10. Officially we do not support this any more.

So when upgrading the computer to Windows 10, please be sure that the OPTIC-3 has serial communication. Also some antivirus software is blocking the installation, to overcome this the antivirus software has to be closed.

For OPTIC-4 Windows 10 is no problem both in LAN or USB.

You can request a free update of the Software and Firmware for OPTIC-3 and OPTIC-4.
